Your privacy is a trust. This policy explains what data the Thakir app collects, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Phone number: used to create your account and sign in via a one-time verification code (OTP).
• Location (optional): used on your device to compute prayer times, the qibla direction and nearby mosques. You may decline the permission and pick your city manually.
• Worship data you record: such as your daily wird, khatma and tasbih counts — stored with your account so you can track progress, and visible to groups you choose to join.
• Technical data: a device identifier for push notifications, and crash reports to improve stability.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
• There are no ad networks and no advertising trackers in the app.
• Reading the Mushaf, adhkar and qibla all run on your device without sending any data.

Services we rely on

The app uses Google Firebase (phone verification, push notifications, crash reporting). That processing is governed by Google's published privacy policies.

Deleting your account and data

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below. Requests are processed within 30 days.
