يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت، من داخل التطبيق أو بمراسلتنا. توضح هذه الصفحة طريقة الحذف، وما الذي يُحذف، وما الذي يبقى.

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

افتح تطبيق ذاكر وادخل إلى الملف الشخصي.
اضغط حذف الحساب.
أكّد الحذف بالضغط على حذف.

الحذف بالبريد الإلكتروني

إن تعذّر عليك الدخول إلى التطبيق، أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى sales@300and13.com بالموضوع Delete my Thakir account، من الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك، ليمكننا مطابقة الطلب مع حسابك.

ماذا يحدث عند الحذف

يُجرَّد الحساب من بياناتك الشخصية، ويُعطَّل تسجيل الدخول به. يشمل ذلك:

الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، والدولة والمدينة، والصورة الشخصية، والمذهب، واللغة، والحالة الاجتماعية.
ربط الدخول بحساب Google أو Apple، وحالة التحقق من الهاتف والبريد.
أجهزتك المسجّلة للإشعارات، فتُعطَّل ولا تصلك إشعارات عليها.
عضويتك في مجموعات المجتمع، فتُزال. وإن كنت مالك مجموعة فيها أعضاء آخرون، تنتقل ملكيتها إلى أحدهم. أما المجموعة التي لا يبقى فيها غيرك، فتبقى مرتبطة بالحساب المجرَّد حتى الحذف النهائي ثم تُحذف.
أجهزة الأطفال المرتبطة بحساب ولي الأمر، فتُعطَّل.

ما يبقى

سجل الحساب نفسه، معطّلاً ومجرّداً من بياناتك الشخصية، خلال فترة سماح مدتها 30 يوماً. بعد ذلك، في أول عملية حذف مجدولة، يُحذف السجل نهائياً، ومعه كل ما يزال مرتبطاً به.
المحتوى الذي أنشأته، كالرسائل الصوتية والنصية في مجموعات المجتمع، وسجلات الورد والختمة والتسابيح، يبقى مرتبطاً بالحساب المجرَّد خلال فترة السماح، ثم يُحذف نهائياً مع الحساب. ولا يحمل هذا الحساب اسمك أو بيانات التواصل معك.
ملفات الأطفال الشخصية وسجل نشاطهم وتقدّمهم، ورسائلك إليهم، ومنشوراتك العائلية عنهم، لا يحذفها هذا الإجراء الفوري، وتبقى مرتبطة بالحساب المجرَّد خلال فترة السماح. وتُحذف نهائياً مع الحساب بعد 30 يوماً، لأنها مرتبطة بحساب ولي الأمر. لطلب حذفها قبل ذلك، راسلنا على البريد أعلاه.

المدة

الحذف من داخل التطبيق يتم فوراً. الطلبات المرسلة بالبريد تُعالج خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى. ويُحذف سجل الحساب نهائياً، مع كل ما يزال مرتبطاً به، في أول عملية حذف مجدولة بعد 30 يوماً من وقت الحذف.

You can request deletion of your account at any time, from inside the app or by emailing us. This page explains how, what deletion removes, and what is kept.

Delete inside the app

Open the Thakir app and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm by tapping Delete.

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email sales@300and13.com with the subject Delete my Thakir account, sent from the phone number or email address linked to your account, so we can match the request to your account.

What deletion does

Deletion anonymises and deactivates the account. It can no longer be used to sign in. This includes:

your name, email, phone number, country, city, profile photo, madhab, language and marital status are removed;
the link to your Google or Apple sign-in, and your phone and email verification status, are removed;
your push-notification device registrations are deactivated;
your memberships in community groups are removed. If you own a group with other members, ownership passes to one of them. If you are the only member of a group, the group stays linked to the anonymised account until the permanent deletion, then it is deleted;
child-device links under your parent account are deactivated.

What is kept

The account record itself, deactivated and stripped of your personal data, for a 30-day grace period. After that, the scheduled daily purge permanently deletes the account record, together with everything still linked to it.
Content you created, such as voice and text messages in community groups, and your wird, khatma and tasbih records, stays attached to the anonymised account during the grace period, and is permanently deleted with it. That account no longer holds your name or contact details.
Your children's profiles, their activity and progress records, your messages to them, and family posts about them are not removed by this step. They stay linked to the anonymised account during the grace period, and are permanently deleted with it after 30 days, because the child profiles belong to your parent account. To request their deletion sooner, email us at the address above.

Timing

Deletion from inside the app takes effect immediately. Emailed requests are processed within 30 days. The account record, and everything still linked to it, is permanently deleted by the first scheduled purge after 30 days have passed since deletion.
